Does everyone here experience your intrusive thoughts as invasive and typical OCD? As in "I'm gay" or "want to hurt X person", etc? Like you're pretty sure it's OCD bc of how irrational it is.
I don't really. I'll have the odd thought which displaces anxiety over finding a women attractive or something completely irrational that I can easily dismiss. But most of my anxiety just stems from a constant unrest and
self-induced doubting. I can never land on an answer for very long that satisfies me. Starting to wonder if this is really even OCD or just denial and a personality flaw where I question constantly....

Some of my intrusive thoughts are plainly irrational, sure.
OCD has been called the Doubting Disease.. And a lot of it seems self-inflicted, to me....
