I took two edibles a month ago and had a really bad trip and a huge panic attack. A friend of mine triggered a thought saying ‘is life real, is any of this real?’ And while i was high on two edibles (keep in mind i had never been hugh before or done any drugs before so i had zero tolerence) i convinced myself that everyone around me was fake and that life was a test and that everyone around me were just there to convince that life was real. This freaked me out so the point were i felt depersonalized for a weak and had the worst panic attacks of my life. A month later, now, i still think about my experience and i think about life a lot now. It makes me very anxious because sometimes i get suspicious of people and get the occasional thought of ‘am i being convinced that life is real?’ Im afraid that im having these thoughts because i googled symptoms of schzophrenia and i started to get anxious if the weed triggered it in my brain. Im just afraid that im mentally illy now and i dont understand why im still suspicious and have these weird thoughts? Keep in mind i was diagnosed with anxiety before this experience and that i have a history with ocd intrusive thoughts.

Please don't ingest cannabis any more...
The cannabis crowd likes to go on about how it helps OCD, but honestly I'd like to beat them all with a bat. Too many users have come in here freaked out after smoking/eating the stuff. Stuff never did anything with me except make me paranoid as hell. AFAIC it's way too unpredictable, and no one with OCD has any business using it without a doctor's specific instructions.
In the meantime, I seriously doubt one time with cannabis is going to make you schizophrenic. You wouldn't know it to glance thru the forum because of people with sexual anxieties, but fear of being schizophrenic isn't unheard of, by any means.
And Dr Google can convince you of having anything you're afraid of having- I have cancer of everything.
