Trying to understand ocd better

Fristly i have trans fear or ocd i am doubting about this. But i know one thing i hate these feelings they are feeling like i am uncomfortable with my genital (male) and feels like i dont like my genital these feelings scares me i cant think myself as woman i want to know about this. Can ocd manipulate my feelings and my feelings about my own body they feel real AF . After this i dont want to look my genital icant take shower or things like that can somebody reply.
