How can I tell if it is anxiety and not something else? Sorry for the stupid question, I am just very confused.

Another thing, like in the morning it is bad for the first hour or so then it usually gets better. Another thing. Sometimes I wake up and am like 'oh jeez it is gone' and like when I say this I recall all the $#%^ and it hits.

We're going in circles with the same question hon. The answer isn't going to change. Anxiety = not wanting it.

Thank you! And hugs! We will make it. I forgot to mention.
17 days without a serious hit, only background feeling which sometimes disappear and obsessing sometimes!
