I am a primary school teacher and as teachers we often joke about how the job requires you to be a little OCD (or maybe a lot??). I would like to hear from other teachers. I haven't been diagnosed with OCD, but think I have it. I do take anti-depressants and have anxiety.

I'm not a teacher, but I have OCD I believe. I have never been formally diagnosed. However, after watching a documentary on OCD I began to wonder if I was. After reading stories of people with OCD it sometimes I noticed patterns and behaviours they have which I also have. Things like pulling, Pure O, picking, etc. So I guess what I am trying to say is you may want to read the stories of people with OCD and see if you notice any similarities between their and your behaviour. Just my two cents which may be helpful.

Hi there, I think it could be a good idea if you can consult with a therapist to see if it's OCD or not, at least it gives you a better vision of the situation and how to deal with it.
