Hi. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this since i've never been diagnosed with OCD and do not know if this is OCDat all. That being said, my whole life I have had these 'games' that I would play and when I was younger they were no big deal but over the years they've become more and more persistent where I can't not do them. So basically, if i'm sitting in a chair where my feet don't touch the ground, i have to swing them into a specific shape-- whether it be a heart or a circle or a square- and i would count the first drawing as 'one' and then i would do it twice more and count it as 'two' and so on. Then, when I hit four, I would go in reverse from 4-1. If I sat in a chair where my feet do touch the ground or when I'm lying in bed- which has become a huge problem because now whenever I lay down and am not distracted, I have to do it and even sometimes find myself doing it when I'm unaware. If I'm latina down or my feet are touching the ground, I have to basically 'shake' my legs. I will shake one leg one time and the other one once. Then I'd shake both at once and that'd count as one full count. I continue this until I get to four and then go in reverse again. I also find myself doing this when I do things like drum my fingers or move my toes or walk down steps. I don't want to assume that it's OCD but it seems to fit the description of a lot of things i've read.
