Scared if the future pur o

Hi im scared on what the future holds. Ive suffered with ocd for 40 years. So no doubt im half way through my life. Ive not had a really happy time always something goin on in my head. Its a monster. This episode started over the weekend. I dont have someone I can talk to they wouldnt understand my ocd. I have rung a few help lines and told them the main episode Im having and said that Ive done nothing wrong. I start to feel a bit better but not for long. Someone please help me. This is a living nightmare

Do you have a doctor you can schedule an appointment with? They understand what you are dealing with.

Hi i went to docs tonight. Shes put me on mirtazipam 15mg. Im already on ocd medication. Just hope this episode passes its not good. Havent felt this bad for over 5 years. Its always there not far away.

I'm glad you went the doctor hopefully some of the anxiety will subside.
