Loss of love for women during hocd?

Anyone else feel like they lost their love for women while battling hocd?

Yes, to the point where I feel like I'm attracted to males more than females. It makes it worse, because I'm taking Zoloft and thinking about it doesn't make me so anxious anymore, but I want to be when thinking this.
I can't say for sure I have OCD, even though I was diagnosed, I doubt the diagnosis and feel like I am really gay or bisexual. I'm really getting convinced that I'm at least bisexual. It's the worst.

Could it also apply for POCD? I think I might have POCD and my (sexual) attraction to adults is minor atm, though I want to be with an adult etc..
