Hi there,
What the best way is to overcome repetitive thoughts (obsession) without compulsion (action) that can go for tens, or even hundreds of times a day. By the way this happens with both bad/negative thoughts (intrusive thoughts) and also good/positive ones which are both equally bothersome and unnecessary time consuming.
