Ever notice how fleeting OCD thoughts are?

Postby djslanty » Tue May 17, 2016 9:57 pm

You have a thought , and it feels real, and must mean something , but then 10 minutes later you invest time in trying to re-examine the thought, but it's gone, and so is the worry that circulates that thought. That is until another thought comes.

All these thoughts are fleeting, and carry nothing.

So what If I feel like I'm in denial of something , so what if I feel anxious, I don't care, and you shouldn't either.

And what happens when you've reached the point of being a functioning delusional state to your OCD ie not believing any reassurance and not able to tell whats real or not. If such a thing exists.

One thing to always remember. "if what I am is naturally who am mean to be , there would be no fear of what I am, but rationally, if I fear something it's because it opposes to who I naturally am.

Foreign thoughts aren't in any way symbolic of a hidden self, or a hidden desire.
It's a fear driven thought of which is produced from the overwhelming feeling of uncertainty.
