Can anyone tell me or pm me about email of therapists ???? I want to talk to experts in OCD and there is no experts in my country

I don't have an answer for you regarding an email of therapist. I assume you mean an OCD therapist you can communicate with via email?

I think you have to see a therapist in person for therapy to take place.

i am answering your thread anyway to suggest that a good therapist specializing in anxiety - if there is such in your country- can be helpful. It is my experience that anxiety (ongoing fear) is the core cause of OCD. It is the fuel that feeds it.

1- thank your for your answer and sorry if i posted again , i didn't see your answer here.
2- in my country , there is few experts in OCD , i try to find them but this is very hard
3- the problem that i have thoughts like " i don't have OCD " so i want a diagnosis , even via mail
4- can i ask you some questions on the private side ?
5- PEOPLE !! keep answering please :)
