Lately I've made a lot of progress with my OCD. I had some sensorimotor OCD but now I've realized how ridiculous it is and it really 'clicked' in my brain.
My new problem is, however, that I feel bored much more frequently now that I feel less engaged in my OCD thoughts. When OCD leaves, it does leave an empty space inside. It's like you're so used to anxiety and suddenly there's just nothingness.
Anyone relates?

I know what you mean. At times when my OCD isn't so bad, I feel very empty. It is indeed like the OCD is filling an empty space.
