First i want to say that i have been diagnosed with ocd. My ocd has a sexual theme.
But i would want to know a few things from other ocd sufferers. Have you ever felt like ypu are faking your ocd to cover up your true nature? Have you ever felt like you may not feel anxious about your thoughts? Have you ever had a good day with thoughts and then felt like you need to worry more about these thoughts otherwise you will act on these horrible thoughts? I want to know that because i feel like i'm just faking it and when i think about these thoughts with a calm mind i don't feel anxious, but still feel worried.

More or less, yes it can make you think or feel convinced I think so. Which sexual theme if I may ask? There are lots of people here with HOCD, POCD, TOCD etc.

There are plenty of other POCD sufferers here that I am sure can give you some support. I suffer from HOCD myself.

Yes, I think OCD can make you feel like you're liking the thoughts. This is one of the worst things to me. And yes, there were also moments when I wasn't anxious about my thoughts. It's weird, isn't it? You want to stop feeling anxious but as soon as you do you get worried about it.
