OCD + Addiction?

Is it possible to have a "moral scrupulosity" OCD that gives someone obsessive thoughts about sex and violence, most of which they don't ever seriously consider acting on, and also have a sexual addiction (mostly fulfilled by extreme porn)?

I'm working with a family member who has violent thoughts from time to time--who has fantasies about how he would kill he wife and stepdaughter--but seems to never act on them. I've seen him lose his temper before, but never try to really hurt anyone. He also says he has sexual thoughts about pretty much every woman he sees, even if he's not attracted to her, and he doesn't understand why.

Could this be at least partly caused by scrupulosity OCD? He definitely obsesses over whether he's seen as a good person by his family and his faith community, maybe even to the point of some narcissism.

I've read about "moral scrupulosity" OCD. So, yes. I don't know about having fantasies, I thought most people with OCD try to avoid, undo and stop the thoughts because they seem so abhorrent to them.
