Man, I'm so tired of connecting, comparing, everything, with stupid bad feelings that doesnt even make sense.
I mean, I can make myself feel anxious and frightened about Songs, Movies, Colors, Persons, Sounds.... JUST BECAUSE THEY REMOTELY REMEMBER ME OF SOMETHING THAT MAKES ME FEEL ANXIOUS...
IT'S A VICIOUS CIRCLE, YOU KNOW? First there's the main anxiety, that shouldnt even exist. Then, I can CONNECT this anxiety with OTHER THINGS, when I shouldnt even be anxious about the Main thing at first place.
It's hard to explain, I feel tired of worrying 24/7.....
This is probably Pure-O, legit OCD, right? I just need some kind words about all this
