porn and OCD, a dangerous combination

I want to give some tips here related to porn use. As many of you probably know porn addiction is real and esp. if you're lonely and look at porn regularly there's a good chance porn will cause problems. Eventually the 'normal' genres start to get boring and you'll need kinkier stuff to get off. It can esculate to truly deprived porn and most importantly, a taste in porn that doesn't match your sexual orientation. I think it's the worst OCD possible because it feels so real. there are many guys out there who developed HOCD because of porn. They escalated to gay porn and eventually the novelty arouses them more than the porn they initially looked at. This can cause huge anxiety spikes. Typical for OCD, you'll want to check but this only worsens the addiction. The best thing you can do is STOP ALL PORN use. porn only feeds OCD. I was so scared I was turning into something that was so against my values and contrary to how I feel and what I stand for. I really thought I would commit suicide but thankully I survived and slowly recovered. It was even that bad that I looked at my own penis in the shower and I got an erection. This freaked me out, the type of porn I was hooked on was transexual porn and I find it very unnatura and it's so against my values yet it gave me the strongest orgasms.I struggled for long till found the solution. Best thing to do is just to stop all porn use, you can keep masturbating but not to anything porn related. I just want to warn you because it's the worst type of OCD you can get and it causes severe depression. I guess many of you watch porn, so plz watch out, I wouldn't want other ppl to go through same hell I went through.
