pocd unwiring arousal and anxiety

Still plagued by obsessive thoughts about minors. I think I unintentionally wired my anxiety and arousal when I first started obsessing. How do I unwire them. I am doing my best not to think about sex or masturbating and looking at porn, especially not having sex with other men. This is hell. I feel like I turned myself into a hebephile or something. It feels like I get turned on when I see minors. I feel a rush. It scares me. I feel like I lost my lust for other men.
