I think it's pretty normal. I mean, it's similar to singing in the shower. No one is there yet you're singing just to entertain yourself. It could potentially mean you're just bored.

I never have actual conversations with myself like 'Hey me how are you??' I usually sing what I'm doing or plan what im going to say to someone and sometimes it slips out its generally a habit

I'm talking to myself a lot! Not like asking myself questions or so, just saying statements to myself, like
"I'm so stupid"
"I'm not going to do this! no way!"
"So fun!"
I really enjoy talking to myself, and as far as I know I don't suffer from any mental illness (besides OCD, if it counts).
So go on and talk to yourself! Let yourself listen to your thoughts
