from OCD to pure O

And sometimes , i find myself " normal " no thoughts, no insults when i see a black or a poor person , and i feel surprised , is that good news ?
And i read somewhere that the OCD attacks what you love inside your soul ( a person heterosexual will be afraid to be gay, a gay to be straight, a mom will be afraid to harm her child, me to be racist or not humanist , etc. ) do you agree ?

your statement about OCD attacks what you love inside your soul could be true. but sometimes it attacks no matter what you like or dislike. but in my case, yes OCD attacks what i'm scared of losing. its hard to explain how i manage my OCD. its complicated, and i'm not confident in myself that i have overcome my OCD still in process. i hope you will find a way.
