obsessive thoughts?

Postby Alligator9 » Thu May 08, 2014 4:17 pm

my mind has the mania of subconsciously hear a noise and make a word or phrase from it (especially at night), it's not something that bothers me but I wonder if it's something bad or if one day it will go, I carry more 1 year with this

How do you know she thinks your crazy? She shouldn't be thinking that, she's there to help you not judge you. Have you tried talking to another professional? What kind of antipsychotics did she give you? I hope that you get proper medicine if not there's other ways you can be helped :)
