Hey SeekingHelp,
I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. I'm not exactly sure what this is, but please dont kill yourself. We all deserve to live and if you kill yourself you will be hurting many people. Although you will be stoping your pain, you will be starting the pain of many other's. Maybe you should go to a psych or someone for help with figuring this out. You CAN get through this. I wish the best for you and I want you to know that I'm here. If you ever feel like killing yourself or just need to talk you can PM me.
Take care,
Kayty

I'm not entirly sure, but it doesn't sound like ocd to me...
"I fear somebody is watching me singing"
It actually sounds kind of like paranoia, but thats just my opinion. I know its scary to feel that someone is always watching you. I get that feeling to, a lot.
But you're stronger than this. I know that I don't know you, but the mind is a mysterious thing -- its strong, even if you can't feel it. Sometimes, we all need some support. Feel free to Pm me if you need to talk to someone. It's easer sometimes to talk to people we don't know.
Please don't take your life, it would make a lot of people very sad.
Best wishes,
-Rachael

Would this fall under Pure-O (Pure Obsessions)? - i.e. Obsessing without any compulsion.
