Accept them mindfully and they will probably go away. at the moment your disgust is probably going to increase your stress and make you feel worse. If you can learn to accept that you can't control what comes into your mind, and then practice mindfulness by switching your attention to your breath, they might just fade.
If you can learn to accept and let go, the thoughts will most likely arise much less often and they will just fade away as will your stress.
If you don't know anything about mindfulness start here with this.
http://www.insightmeditationcenter.org/programs/online-courses/introduction-to-meditation-online-course-talks/ Gil Fronsdal is a highly reputed teacher. Also you could try joining in the secular buddhist online meditation that are held twice a month. see their webpage and facebook page for more info. Check out jon kabat zinn books and stuff. He's the author of MBSR style of mindfulness meditation.
Meditation will help you with all your stresses and difficulties.
