Hi, it's Bella again. I'm having one of my bad days and this hocd (Or what I hope is hocd) won't go away. I'm in the middle of my GCSE's and I'm feeling anxious worried and nervy about everything. Does anyone know a real way of getting rid of intrusive thoughts?
