I know I have been posting on here quite often,I apologize if I am over doing it. I keep having different issues come up,and one of them is being afraid of accidently being touched in the wrong way, like if a family member accidently brushes by,or if one of our cats accidently touches a bad place,or the most sensitive part of the breast area....which I think happened earlier,I cant remember if he got me with his nose or mouth. or if he was just a bit too close. anytime one of these things happen,I feel like I have to wait a day or so before I can go back to doing anything. even though nobody did anything wrong,it causes me distress.

What would happen if you didn't wait a day in your mind?

Its physical things I can't do. I would love to play the ps3 that I got for Christmas but there is always something that makes me feel like I can't do it or get through the set up. And I don't feel things can go back to normal until I can. I know this fear of accidentally being touched in certain places is irrational. I can't quite explain why I am bothered so much. I dont want to associate trying to enjoy a hobby or something on the same day something weird happens? It also happened last night. He happens to be a very cuddly cat and sometimes moves just the wrong way. I don't even know if he did touch me but my mind is kinda....confused.

Lets say your cat brushed against one of these parts of your body and you went to play PS3 anyways. What do you think you'd experience? Would something bad happen?
