So. I've always had trouble with sleep. Mostly in terms of not being able to get to sleep very easily and having my circadian rythym so messed up. Anyways, I wasn't sure if it was a common occurence among Aspie's or just a personal one, but while I was doing the research on sleep and the circadian rythym I came across something rather interesting:

For as long as i can remember, atleast 1st grade, i was always biting my nails. As was my mother. I do it when i'm alone and when i'm around people (Though i try not to). Is this an aspie stereotypy? (sp)

This is a great site, and even better if you are able to phone them. You can ask them any questions at all and they have the resources to tell you whether it's safe or not. Not just medications, certain foods etc, but house hold items, paint, insect repellent then list is endless...
