I recently found out i ocd i wash hands like crazy (until they so raw that inbetween fingers they sometimes bleed from cracks in skin) and about turning things off making sure i did things right? anyone no how to deal with these things

i hate my ocd i have got ocd.

i am not going to tolerate any #######4 on this forum.

it controls whether i put my head on the pillow or not and whether i sit down on my bed SO I HAVE STAYED UP ALL ######6 NIGHT AND IT CONTROLS WHEN I ######6 SLEEP.

IT ######6 CONTROLS EVERYTHING AND THIS IS A ######6 NIGH=TMARE.

AND FOR ANYBODY SNORTING AT PEOPLE WHO HAVE MENTAL ILLNESS SHUT ...

Is constantly shaking ones leg an indication of a disorder. For as long as I can remember I have done this. It drives my Mom crazy. I really enjoy it and have noticed other people in public do the same thing.
