I always hear about help for women who are victims of domestic abuse, but what about men who have the tendencies to be abusive? I never hear about any programs (I guess there are court mandated ones) to help educate them to help them deal with their problem before it escalates. Are there such programs available, support groups, etc. or do men have to get arrested and go through the courts first. Are there particular ...

I saw this posted on a Facebook BPD community and thought it was excellent. While of course it isn't entirely this simple --there are more aspects, and differences in BPD, and in one borderline from another-- but I believe these categories ring true, as part of the different expressions of BPD.

I'd have to say I'm a combination of Introverted Borderline and Transparent Borderline. They both just ring so true.

As I'm writing this, I have a hot pack on my shoulder. I'm in my early twenties--I shouldn't have to deal with chronic back and shoulder pain for years and years, right?
