Effects of having an N parent? Here's my short list: Self-esteem and abandonment issues, Co-dependency, indecisiveness, prone to marrying an N, overachieving, underachieving, people-pleasing and having N traits yourself. Can't forget the lovely PTSD and anxiety symptoms; esp. when in the presence of the N parent. Possible depression and enmeshment, depending on engulfment level of parent. It would be easier if you just read books written on the subject. Try Mean Mothers or Drama of the Gifted Child.
N parents will rage if you disagree with them in any way, threaten their image, behave outside of your assigned role, confront them with their N-ness or rude/manipulating behavior. N parents are also extremely jealous and competitive, so if they perceive you are "better" in any way, be prepared for drama. "Better" can mean anything from being more successful to buying new furniture.
