Heya
I've been in therapy for PTSD (severe) and realized I am unstable, not functioning as highly as I used to (very high-> low) and am in a regression whilst being depressed as ###$. I'm not suicidal or self-destructive, just falling to pieces.
I've got an opportunity to see some psychotherapists at a mental ward for a diagnosis and therapy, do you think it's worth it? Note that I'm 19.
Cheers

Absolutely. A diagnosis tells them which direction to go with your therapy.

I wouldn't turn down the opportunity.
In therapy, you always get worse before you get better. So you're actually making progress. All those uncomfortable feelings are coming up, and you are processing them. That is the key.
I've had PTSD twice in my life from separate events, and it's completely treatable.
Good luck.

Go to treatment. Enjoy the ability to be out of this game of life, or off-the-grid as some call it. Focus on you for once and let them honestly try to figure it out. Places like that can be comforting because most of your stress gets off your shoulders.
Then come back and tell us what happened.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Borderline PD, Adjustment Disorder and a pinch of Anti-Social PD = Yours truly.
