Putting down the falsely entitled

** - Be honest in pointing out his flaws
*** - Discretely to others, but obviously to them, flip the bird

Since my last thread is now spammed with what was once a relevant comment and is now a bunch of talk-out-the-@ss, I decided to make a new one with a less vague question.
