Who were famous Narcissists? Hitler? Picasso? Johnnie from "The Shining" perhaps or was he just a psycho?

Napoleon. King Henry the Eighth. Rasputin. Vlad the Impaler.
Watch the history channel for more. We are fascinated with narcs, centuries after their deaths. It's as if us normies have a real need to try to decipher them.

I've read a book by Hitler's secretary, Traudl Junge. She worked with Hitler during his last 12 years. The book shows that Hitler was definitely a narcissist.
I have no reason to name every disgusting person narcissist, but Junge's book of Hitler is reliable evidence.

this is definately a point to consider!
Also, on the topic of Hitler, my father (ASPD) was absolutely fascinated by him...obsessed...read all about him...my family was murdered in history through his actions. Although he was not alcoholic himself, he was raised, i believe by an alcoholic father who beat him severely as a child...who was very severe with him.
His narc injury...

On top of the Nazi elite there was an interesting person in the narcissist sense. SS-Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler, leader of Gestapo, was very empathetic. He got sick if he must look at killing and tried to avoid such situations. Which didn't prevent him to give orders of killing millions of Jews.

Would that make him ASPD instead of narcissistic?

Maybe he just happened to be there, because he belonged to Hitler's old gang. Many basically good people can do anything if they have no real choice.

It would not make him ASPD. They have as little if not less empathy then narcs.
