has anyone delt with the david oliver system?

Ive researched this disorder pretty extensivly and this guy says he can give results but its a hundred bucks and I don,t want to waste my loot

Its for my wife I think she has mild N.P.D although when she is in a full blown "trip" there is nothing mild about it
any help would be appreciated
Also on a side note to the organizers this is avery good thing that you all are doing .
