in my minds eye all vegetables including avocados will train the body to lose it's excess weight... i've been a vegan for 8-9 months now and lost the 65 pounds i had gained from all the psychotropic medications i have been on during the past eight years... it took approximately five months to lose this weight... check out my post "how i lost 65 pounds"... i hope this helps you...

Fresh green vegetables are good for fitness and weight loss. Cabbage contains high protein level and its good for strength and fitness. I want to share a simple mixture that is really good for fitness and saves from many heart related and kidney related issues.
Garlic + Ginger + Lemon + Onion (optional)
Mix the waters of all above ingredients together and use one spoon daily.

I totally agree with you.Green vegetables are so effective for losing weight.They include Broccoli,Spanish,Cabbage,Beans and Carrots etc.They all are rich in taste and full of nutrition.They contain high amount of vitamins and fibers which are too good for losing weight.

I think weight loss can be achieved through consumption of fresh vegetables and fruits. Thus they should be taken regularly to get effective results in quick succession.
