I am very happy to be joining this site, as I feel I found it just as I've needed it!

I would like to introduce myself more but need confidentiality also! Hope to be able to make friends and use the site regularly.

Also, does anyone else have a physical long term condition such as M.E or MS that suffers with some mental problems as a result?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I agree that it can sometimes be hard to find the right balance between sharing so that you feel people get to know you better and working out what to keep confidential. I hope you work out what is right for you.

In relation to your question about people suffering from M.E or MS in addition to their mental health problems, you might find it more helpful to post this question in the Living With Mental Illness part of the forum as it's a bit more active there and so maybe someone there will be able to relate?
