Hi, I'm new to this forum

Hi,

My teenage son has mental health problems that have resulted in him having a stay in hospital. He's been out for some time now and in many respects is getting better. He's still ill though and I'm really looking for any ideas of ways to help him. He has severe depression and possibly prodomal psychosis. He takes fluoxetine and olanzipine. I've never posted anything on any forum ever in my life, so don't even really know how it all works. Thanks to anyone out there who has taken the time and effort to read this. Sending positive vibes to anyone out there suffering due to their own/family/friend's mental health.
