In case your mother didn't warn you...

Postby Regina » Sat Oct 29, 2011 9:49 am

...let me introduce myself.

I'm Regina (well, not IRL, but that doesn't count), a teenage pansexual Pakistani-Afghan ex-Muslim Discordian girl living in London who adores art and books and music and theatre and all the rest of it. I'm a master procrastinator, a Marxist feminist and a budding sociologist, and my avatar is the artwork for Neutral Milk Hotel's best album, In The Aeroplane Over The Sea.

Oh, and I'm high-functioning autistic, an abuse survivor, clincally depressed with possible PTSD and disassociative identity disorder, and I've got an eating disorder and insomnia. God, that's a lot of information packed into one sentence.

Anyway, as a reward for reading all of this, you may have cookies: *gives out e-cookies*

Howdy Regina! How are you today? I'm Rita. Nice to meet you!

I absolutely adore Neutral Milk Hotel. Glad to know you adore art like I do.
Welcome to Psychforums! Make yourself at home and let loose. You can let loose, release all that's been welding inside then get help and support. How's that?
We're all pretty friendly and don't bite, unless you give us e-cookies.

Hey, where´s the e-cookies? :?

Welcome, Regina! Was going to ask you how you were doing, but you´ve already answered the question. :)

*looks up, mouth covered with chocolate and cookie crumbs*

IT WASN'T ME--oh... erm... hey there, Camelidae. (What kind of Camelidae are you, by the way? Are you a llama? It'd be way cool if you were a llama.) Thanks for the welcome~! :]

 Did you just look that up? You´re the first person to instantly get my name.. woah.

No, I´m a camel. You know, the plushy ones with fur. :D But basically they´re all brilliant.

Just looked up Neutral Milk Hotel's "In The Aeroplane Over The Sea" out of curiosity. Liked it. Thanks for sharing. :)

Well, I had an inkling that you were some sort of animal family and something to do with camels and llamas, but yeah, I had to Google it. Biology has never been my strong suit, I'm afraid. >.>

Camels are awesome, too. I rode one when I was eight in Saudi Arabia, it took some getting used to but it was fun. Well, terrifying, but fun too. xD

Woo-hoo, I managed to get someone to listen to NMH! I'm glad you liked it. :3

Rode one a couple times as well. That was either in the zoo or circus, though. Still an amazing experience. As you said, terrifying, but fun.^^

Anyway, was a pleasure talking to you. Hard to believe you carry such a long list of issues with you. Just reading your posts makes me feel positive. See you around the forums! :)
