Hello... Kinda Shy

Hi Im from Indiana... This is my first forum ever... i got a whole list of medical conditions, i dunno if Im supposed to type them all down or what... Ive been diagnosed by a Psychiatrist and a Sleep Doctor... Im looking for help about mostly treatments and medications people have had success with for my disorders and maybe some good tips on controlling some symptoms... but i will post questions in the areas im supposed to as soon as i figure it out... im kinda shy... but here's what i got and gathered from 3 different psychs and a sleep doc. Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Social Anxiety, Paranoia with delusions (?), severe depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Disassociative Disorder (?), Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy with excessive day time sleepiness and not sure what the other one is, and i only have 1 kidney... I have had 13 treatments of electroconvulsive therapy where i lost almost all my memory and it didnt come back which i guess is super rare... (sorry i cant remember the names of 2 of those disorders with ? or dont know if i got them right)... so that me... i dont tell too many people that at all

I wanna post my blog about narcolepsy to get help in the narcolepsy area but theres no new topic button... im new if you havent noticed... i did a search for narcolepsy and theres all these topics, and ive scrolled down and everything and no button... am i doing something wrong? can someone give me instuctions ive never done this forum stuff before... sorry for being slow
