Patience.
The better and less-troll/insulting/annoying/attention seeking your posts are, the sooner your posts will be approved and the sooner you will be off newbie probation.
EDIT* Anyway, welcome, how it going?
It's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.

Hello and welcome to the forums.
Yes all new users posts need to be approved by a moderator to make sure you are not breaking any rules in your first post (by posting spam or anything insulting or saying anything that reveals your personal identity). There are plenty of moderators here (myself being one of them) and our names are written by the forums we moderate and appear in a different colour to regular users.
Anyway, welcome to the site.

I hope you find it helpful here. Do you want to say anything else about yourself?
