Newbie from Indianapolis

Hi guys! My name is Ashley and I'm a newbie to the forums. I've been a sufferer of anxiety disorder for a long time now and it's been driving me nuts. I figured that by joining this forum, I can get a better grasp of how to better myself and understand my condition (Panic Disorder/OCD).

I've always been told that the best way to beat a condition is to understand it from the insider out -- or at least, try to understand it. Anyway, it's wonderful to be here.

I deal with OCD/anxiety as well, and we probably have similar experiences to share! I think you will find this forum interesting and helpful, if not addicting I look forward to chatting!

I also am a newbie here, though on my good months, the BPD and OCD/anxiety isn't to bad. I don't get why is cycles so much and how at times I can be on a triggers edge. I was hoping to hear from others feeling the same way.
