Hi, I'm new to the forum

Hi all,
I'm new to this site.
Little bit about myself.
I'm a 34 year old male that suffers from bouts of depression every now and then. I use to self harm but haven't done so in about 8 years now. I'm from the UK and have recently been hit with another bout of depression. The only good thing is the massive highs I get when I'm not depressed.
Hopefully I will meet people with similar interests.

Hi, brand new here too. I figured I'd join because no one really knows what I go through day to day, week to week, and so on. I used to self harm but no longer do as well. Guess I'm just looking for the same as you. Hope we both find what me need!
