Hello, all.
I'm an 18 year old female in America. I have intermittent anxiety issues as well as problems with self harm. Right now I'm on meds for the anxiety and between therapists. I wanted to maybe reach out to other people with similar issues, for solidarity, and hopefully to be of help. Thank you for reading.
