I finally started to interact here

I've been reading for a short while on this site and a few days ago I replied for the first time. I have a multitude of disorders and am looking to find ways to cope or help myself somehow. I'm curious and just seek knowledge as it gives me a sense of relief to know I'm not alone in my struggles. Life can be very hard for persons such as myself daily. I hope to understand things better and offer a listening ear. I have only lifes experiences to offer as a helping hand. I believe reality is a rough pill to swallow,however better than living a lie. I'm brutally honest with myself and also know the difference when to hold my tongue or not. Anyway ....Hello everybody,its nice to be here amongst you.
