Hi, my name is Trixie! I am the adult child of narcissism

Hi there,

My name is Trixie and I am an adult child of narcissism. My life has been pretty screwed up because of it. I live a pretty normal life on the outside and keep most of my troubles to myself. It's my insides that are so broken. My parental family is in total shambles and saying goodbye to them wasn't easy. All I ever wanted was a happy family with a warm mother and a father who protected me and thought I was great.

I wrote a post about the narcissists in my life over at my blog here at PsychForums.com, which is a wonderful place full of TONS of awesome people and info. I am so glad to have found you all and to be a member here! I look forward to meeting and interacting with you all.

I have kept journals about a lot of my experiences and I would like to be able to share them. I'll do that at my blog here too.
