Thank you for reading my introduction post!
My name is Daniel, I live in Canada, and I am new to PsychForums. I have decided to join PsychForums because not only do I have mental health conditions, I want to help and support others who are going through a rough time in their life and they are struggling. I want to give back to the commmunity and make a change that will be positive and inspiring to other people. There is alot of hate, discrimination and judgement, when it comes to Mental Health.
