I´m Astor.

Seven years ago I was diagnosed with NPD.

I did not know about my diagnosis at the time, as my therapist refused to tell me anything even after I repeatedly asked him. I broke off therapy after two years because it had turned into a power struggle that was merely painful, possibly for both sides. Last year I requested my files and eventually found out what I had long since suspected in some dark corner of my mind.

All those years in therapy I was never able to formulate a concrete goal. All I thought was that I probably needed to "change". I still don´t have a very concrete goal, and additionally I´m not so terrifically fond of the word "change" anymore.

I´ve got nothing more to say at the moment, so I guess I´ll just take a look around.
