I have been drinking coffee for several years now, and my family and friends are worried for me because I am drinking too much in a day and they think it is not healthy. I want to start a new and healthy lifestyle, I want as much as possible caffeine free. Anybody here can give me any suggestions on how to lessen my caffeine intake, or any suppliment that you can suggest???
Thanks in advance!!!

Hi,
The research on the negative effects of coffee is still being debated, and many studies are still finding positive effects of coffee (caffeine). However, if you want to reduce how much you drink, then try to replace some of your coffee with tea. Tea has much less caffeine in it.
