I don't know what I'm watching but I do know it's not cheap to just watch television in uk if you fall into the trap of purchasing a TV license.

You can still buy black and white license apparently so I think my next purchase will be an old black and white TV off eBay.

I don't mind using my imagination to make up the colours.

If I had to take a guess, which I'm probably wrong on, it's like signing a contract with DISH or Comcast or some other television provider

In UK we have to have a TV licence. It's because the BBC aren't sponsored and don't have ads so we all have to pick up the tab.

In the days of terrestrial television you could get a black and white license and then digital came along and I thought black and white televisions wouldn't work any more but they do apparently and all you need is a set top box..

A black and white TV license is £100 a year cheaper than a colour one.

Why anyone would want to come and live in UK is beyond me. They squeeze every penny out of us.

I'm watching BBC weather. They only tell us short term forecasts.

I must say, I did used to like the one armed weather woman.

She added a bit of je ne sais quoi to the situation.
