I love Hell's Kitchen, MasterChef, and MasterChef Junior which just started a new season tonight.
I also like all sorts of police procedural shows. NCIS, Criminal Minds, Chicago PD, FD, and Med. along with Blue Bloods and so much more.

Police 24 Hours(Polícia 24 Horas) is a reality show that shows the life and the backstage of the actions resorted by the Military Police in Brazil. Occurrences vary in family fight, robberies, drug dealing, violence against animals, suicide attempt, etc.
I watch it because I like to watch the police action, but nowadays the show is considered comedy by many, because of the memes that end up appearing during the course of the reality show. See some examples:
"Is marijuana a drug, by any chance?"
"The only drug I used in life, was women."
"I'm not a drug dealer, sir, I just sell drugs."
