I'm getting into foraging food from the wild. Today I ate a great big 'Chicken of the Woods' fungus that I found growing on the side of an oak tree in the woods.

I'm also getting into growing vegetables. It's an ambition of mine to be completely self sufficient food-wise within the next couple of years.
I don't trust processed food bought from supermarkets. Even the so called 'fresh produce' has been treated with God-knows-what chemicals. The 'fresh' meat has been bloated with water, and subsequently is less tasty than it should be, and shrinks when cooked.
