Well I imagined it had something to do with him on his deathbed and she comes in all really energetic and full of life and says

"oh Charles, I see you're feeling a bit poorly, would you like me to start digging your grave?"

I can totally see that happening

What I'd also love to see is when David Cameron is so old and doing so speech the wind nearly blows him away so they have to way him down with rocks in his pockets, but he still nearly flys away from the podium.
